with kids and a weekly service

There are some great cooks in this family, and they highly value home-cooked meals at the dinner table, but sometimes they just need some extra help getting there. I work closely with Mom each week to plan some dinners that will satisfy everyone (and hopefully open the kids up to some new things). I usually cook 3 meals, 4-6 servings each, but sometimes I just do some shopping and prep work for a couple meals so Mom and Dad can cook - but with ease and time to spare.

Sample Menu:

  • Beef and Broccoli with Honey-Glazed Carrots and Homemade Flatbread Doughs (for the kids to cook on the griddle!)

  • Cheesy Chicken and Spinach Enchiladas, with Roasted Yam and Parsnip “Fries”

  • Family Recipe Turkey Chili in the Slow-Cooker with Pumpkin Cornbread Muffins

  • 2 Bunches of Kale, Cleaned and Chopped, for Kale Chips
